Each mandrel is inspected and the ends are individually ground to ensure there are no nasty burrs. In stock. Quick shipping. Shipping is $2.50 for first item and $1.00 for each item after. Email us if you need mandrels in a different length.
***Also, I get many questions about sizes. The 1/16" mandrel is the smallest in diameter. Great for really small holes in your beads for making jewelry. The 3/32" mandrel is a little larger. These still make a pretty small bead hole but the mandrels do not bend so easily when you take the bead off. The 1/8" mandrel makes the largest hole for a regular bead. I love making these beads because they string really nice on a leather cord. They work really well if you make Connie Fox style wire bangle bracelets. These are used to make beads that are silver cored and used for Pandora or Troll style bracelets. You will need to double dip these in bead release or ream them out a little with a diamond dremel bit unless you order the 3/16" mandrel. The hole will have a little more room. The 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" are specialty mandrels. These make "slider" beads that look great used individually as pendants or can be used to make blown beads or shards.
